Returns, Replacements & Refunds (Restricted Policy)

Denimor follows a restricted return policy. We accept replacement/return requests only in these cases:

Reporting Window

You must report any issue within 7 days of delivery.

To raise a request, email us at info@denimor.in with:

• Order ID

• Clear photos/videos of the issue

• Short description of the problem

Replacement Conditions

A replacement will be approved only if:

• The claim is raised within 7 days

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

• Tags and invoice are intact

• The issue is verified by our team

If approved, replacement will be shipped within 7 working days.

Refunds

• Refunds are provided only if replacement is not possible.

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

Sale / Discount Items

• Sale/discount products are eligible for replacement only if damaged/defective/wrong.

• Refunds are not provided for sale items due to personal preference.
